Cleaning is most useful when it separates mechanical fixes from human decisions. Trimming a space or lowercasing a domain is predictable, so the tool can show that change as Cleaned. An exact duplicate has a clear first occurrence, so the later row is placed in Duplicates while the original row remains available with its name, company, source, and tags. A role-based address may be a perfectly valid shared inbox, which is why it appears in Needs Review rather than Format Issues.

Possible domain typos follow the same principle. The cleaner can suggest that gamil.com may have been intended as gmail.com, but only you can confirm the correction. Choose Use suggestion when you have reviewed the row, Keep when the original is intentional, or Exclude when your campaign policy requires it.
