5.1 Version Selection and Account Issues
Which EasyClaw versions are there, which should I choose?

• Model Coverage: International edition can access all mainstream global models (Claude, GPT, Gemini, etc.); China edition supports domestic large models
• Note: Account data is independent between the two versions after installation, don't install both simultaneously or data conflicts may occur
What's the difference between desktop version and bot version?

5.2 Credits and Benefits
What's the relationship between credits and tokens?
- Credits: EasyClaw's universal pricing unit, using any model consumes credits
- Tokens: Model service provider's measurement unit. If you access custom API Key, it consumes your own account's Tokens + EasyClaw's operation credits
Do credits expire?
- ✅ Purchased credits accumulate without clearing, remain valid as long as you renew, not wasted if not used that month
- ⚠️ Daily gifted 200 credits expire same day, unused don't accumulate
What extra benefits do members have over regular users?
- Quota: Equal credit subsidy monthly
- Priority: Higher task processing priority, supports purchasing more credits
- Value: "Annual Membership" recommended, most affordable choice
5.3 Core Feature Operations
How to configure Lark / other remote channels?
Click "Phone Remote" on the left side of the interface → Select channel → Scan code or follow prompts to connect. Currently Lark is recommended for most complete access experience.
How to switch models or access your own API Key?
Click "Model Switching" in the upper right corner of the dialogue box to switch models in real-time. To access custom API, click "Add Custom Model" (requires version 1.3.24 or above).
Why is execution sometimes very slow?
Check Prompt
Confirm prompt is completely clear, avoid Agent back-and-forth confirmation multiple times.
Switch to More Powerful Model
Complex tasks should switch to advanced models; using basic models for complex tasks is often less efficient.
Ask Agent for Optimization Suggestions
Can directly ask Agent: "Where can this workflow be optimized? Please provide improvement suggestions."

Which version should Mac users download?
- Apple M series chips (M1/M2/M3/M4) → Download ARM version
- Intel chips → Download Intel version
If unsure: Apple menu → About This Mac, check "Processor" field.
Notes for running long-term automation tasks
- Must maintain power connection to prevent entering sleep mode (sleeping mid-task will interrupt)
- Enable high-performance mode and disable system's "energy saving" or "monitoring" automatic shutdown functions
What does version update affect?
Minor version updates usually bring new features, bug fixes, and optimizations to Skills and Memory files. After updating, please check if MEMORY.md and installed Skills are working normally.
